Leigh Anne brings an energized and diverse skillset founded through education and experience, that centers on accounting, budgeting, technology, public administration, and political science. She uses her understanding and unique perspective of each of these disciplines, to provide insight, solutions, and suggestions to advance an organization closer to its goals.
Throughout her career, Leigh Anne has been at the center of initiatives that gathered data on and analyzed the performance and efficiencies of many State of Florida facilities and developed strategic plans to improve productivity and reduce costs. Combining strategy, data analytics, key performance indicators, fiscal analysis and process improvement, her leadership propelled these state agencies forward in their current and planned initiatives. Her focus is on sustainability of progressive growth and efficiency of implementation while ensuring collaboration and cohesiveness.

Darren is Adapteon's Chief Operations Officer. Darren is a versatile, hands-on professional with over 25 years of experience in engineering, project management, analysis, and operations involving critical infrastructure and facilities, including data centers. He is a proven leader known for developing and implementing effective cost-reduction programs. He is dedicated to improving performance by thoroughly analyzing business processes, life cycles, and stakeholder outcomes. He’s a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture, and he uses collaboration with professionals from other disciplines.
Darren's management experience ranges from overseeing the construction and maintenance functions of Florida's bonded facilities program, evaluating the optimization potential of all state facilities programs, to consolidating Florida's largest facilities portfolio into one division of government. His technical experience ranges from all aspects of building infrastructure design, analysis, and oversight to developing the state's sustainable building and energy management program. Darren's focus is on improving performance through efficiency, both technical and organizational, to deliver achievable recommendations and deliver results.
